Returns Policy:
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or upto 7 days following the day the goods were delivered. You can do this by emailing sales@theweddingcollection.com with your reason for refund/exchange, Your product must be in new condition and and must not have been used. The product should be returned in the original packaging and be complete your proof of purchase.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

We strongly recommend that when returning items to The Wedding Collection, you do so using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery. This will provide a way to track the item and a receipt of delivery. The Wedding Collection cannot be held responsible for any item that is returned by standard or non recorded mail that is lost in transit.
